As a IBM Content Management parter we offer FileNet document capture, imaging, document management and workflow solutions. We also provide Web Content Management software for easy authoring, formatting, approval, and delivery management of Web site content.

Our extensive experience with the FileNet product range means that we can work with the full range of legacy and current products, including Image Services, Content Services and P8 Enterprise Content Management.

Many of our customers' solutions incorporate Kofax Ascent Capture for production-level document capture of both paper documents and electronic files. Neurascript custom modules integrate seamlessly into Kofax Ascent Capture, to deliver powerful forms processing through the conversion of scanned forms into verified data.

Open Connections offers knowledge management and discovery solutions for both FileNet and independent users - increasing employee productivity and enterprise responsiveness by delivering relevant information quickly and easily. Users can search for information through advanced searching capabilities, including concept (semantic) and keyword searching and idiom recognition. The knowledge retrieved can also be analysed and personalised through user profiling.

We can provide connectors to a range of ERP systems e.g. SAP and Siebel. The SAP connector goes further, enabling users to archive data as well as viewing images from within SAP and related programs (e.g. SAP EBP).

Through our GIS Technology, Inc. offering, we provide our customers with connectors between FileNet and ESRI GIS. IDM for ESRI GIS integrates Filenet with ESRI GIS to provide better access to information by spatially enabling documents. We are also an ESRI(UK) business partner.
