Introduction

Open Connections, is part of the Telemach Info group of companies, with operations in Europe and North America and partners across the world. We specialise in offering software solutions in the following technical areas: Electronic Document Management; Document and Data Capture; Imaging; Web Content Management and Workflow. These technologies are our primary business focus.

Open Connections is an established IBM ValueNet Partner. We offer a range of IBM Enterprise Content Management products on which most of our integrated solutions are also based. Our solutions aim to deliver improvements to the way organisations manage, secure, retrieve and share their information. They address and enhance our customers' key business processes, leading to improved productivity and competitiveness.

We have delivered solutions for over 100 UK customers across many sectors - examples include T-Mobile, BAA, BT, Gissings, Grosvenor Estates, Westland Helicopters, Exeter Friendly Society and the Welsh Development Agency. Many of our clients have several ongoing and new projects in which Open Connections is involved - expanding current solutions into multiple application areas, departments, sites and countries.

Partnerships

In addition to being a Worldwide ValueNet Partner, we also have strategic alliances with partners providing best of breed hardware and software technologies. These technologies include professional scanners from organisations such as Kodak, Fujitsu and Canon. We also specialise in two leading document capture solutions, Ascent Capture from Kofax Image Products (including INDICIUS) and Datacap Taskmaster.

Open Connections act as independent consultants for many of our partners, providing expertise to complement their technologies in current and future projects.

We have many years' experience in integrating our EDM solutions with leading applications software, such as SAP, AutoCAD and GIS.
