Services we provide

Open Connections Solutions

Open Connections provide a range of services often based around the IBM FileNet ECM range of products.

Many of our customers choose us to provide a system including all necessary software, hardware and services. Others have different requirements and we are able to adapt our offer to suit most situations. As an example, we often provide our services through other large organisations (IBM for example) who value our specialist knowledge of the IBM FileNet, Kofax and Datacap products.

As well as our project delivery services, a major part of our business is the provision of support services and contracts. We can provide support for the full range of products that we sell and we can also transact support contracts for IBM passport advantage customers at very attractive rates.
