Open Connections offers a variety of support arrangements which it provides to its wide range of customers. We support all of the software products that we resell under a range of formal packages. These range from basic support through our helpdesk to full on-site support engineers working with customers to resolve issues and develop systems.
Because of our specialist knowledge and experience with the Kofax and IBM FileNet product ranges, we are often able to provide support more economically than other partners and even more economically than the software authors in most cases.
