Now Admiral have a new automated CRU process, they are working with Open Connections to determine which other areas of their business would benefit from automation. This could include collecting data from medical reports, invoice data and a streamlining of the complaints procedure. All these processes could benefit from the solutions and expertise that Open Connections has to offer.
