Do you need ongoing support for your Capture Solution?
Whether your solution has physical scanning or ingestion from other media such as email, there are often specialist technologies involved that are outside the scope of standard support teams. Capture solutions are often the first step in more complex solutions but often get forgotten as trivial components until they fail !
Our support team are experts in a range of capture solutions from suppliers like IBM (Datacap), Tungsten Automation (Kofax) and TCG Process. We understand the physical devices and drivers required. The team can operate as an extension of your internal support team or the first point of contact if needed. We work with you to determine the best support agreement for your needs.
If you have inherited responsibility for a system but don’t fully understand all its complexities, we offer a free audit of your system. During this audit, we will review the software (and hardware if appropriate), report back to you on what you have, and highlight any risks from outdated versions, compatibility issues, or resource limitations that may affect you now or in the future. We can also identify where advances in technology, particularly with OCR and AI analysis of text, could drastically improve your system’s functionality.
